Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Q-Fill for Gmail ("Q-Fill", "the extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the extension.

Q-Fill is developed and maintained by Qendrim Beka ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

Q-Fill is a Chrome browser extension that:

• Connects to your Gmail account with read-only access
• Scans recent emails for verification codes
• Extracts numeric codes (4-8 digits) from email content
• Fills extracted codes into form fields on the active browser tab

The extension is designed to streamline two-factor authentication and email verification processes.

3. Eligibility

To use Q-Fill, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Google account
• Use Google Chrome browser (version 88 or later)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

4. Account and Access

Q-Fill requires you to authenticate with your Google account using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your account, you authorize Q-Fill to access your Gmail with read-only permissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur through your connected account
• Disconnecting Q-Fill if you no longer wish to use it

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Q-Fill only for its intended purpose: extracting verification codes from your own Gmail account for your own use.

You may not:

• Use Q-Fill to access accounts you do not own or have permission to access
• Attempt to circumvent security measures of any website or service
• Use Q-Fill for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Use Q-Fill to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Q-Fill or related services

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Q-Fill
• Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the extension
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use automated systems to interact with Q-Fill in unintended ways
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

7. Intellectual Property

Q-Fill and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Qendrim Beka and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Q-Fill integrates with Google services (Gmail API, OAuth 2.0). Your use of these services is subject to Google's terms and policies:

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Q-FILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• Q-Fill will meet your requirements
• Q-Fill will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Q-Fill will correctly identify or extract all verification codes
• Any errors will be corrected

You use Q-Fill at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of code extraction.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QENDRIM BEKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Unauthorized access to your accounts
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use Q-Fill

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Q-Fill shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension (which is zero, as Q-Fill is free).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qendrim Beka from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Q-Fill
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Q-Fill at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Q-Fill after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the extension or website.

14. Termination

You may terminate your use of Q-Fill at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking access in your Google Account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Q-Fill at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qendrim Beka regarding Q-Fill and supersede any prior agreements.
